Our Story
Creative Equals was born from the belief that ‘who makes the work, shapes the work’. When we have diversity at the table, we can innovate, create and communicate with all our audiences. Our goal is to harness the power of diversity, equity and inclusion to build inclusion-first transformation strategies for the way the globe is changing.
Since working with some of the world’s top brands for the last four years, we’ve seen the impact of our work. We specialise in operationalising EDI into current systems, building capabilities for long-lasting change.
Our founder has worked in the industry for more than two decades. Ali Hanan started as a creative director at Ogilvy, just 3% of the UK’s creative directors were women. Over the next 16 years, she saw first-hand how those who curate, shape and direct marketing had a profound impact on how people were portrayed in the media and has a strong belief that marketing has the power to change society by driving social and economic inclusion and impact, as well as driving positive results.
