As the year closes, we want to express our gratitude for having you with us this year. Together, we’ve seen sustainable change within brands, cultures and communities, thanks to YOU. Delivering community impact: 
Creative Comeback NYC: yes, we delivered our first returners programme in the US with Diageo, giving 25+ women the coaching, training and opportunities to return to jobs in the advertising industry. One is now Social Media Creative for none other than Olympic GOAT, gymnast Simone Biles

Disabled Creatives UK: this May, we put 20 Disabled Creatives through our second programme, with outstanding results. Take a look at the film of the programme, which has delivered successful jobs and outcomes for our communities... See here

Delivering outstanding events: 
On April 24, we delivered RISE with a stellar line up to put inclusive marketing on the map with a stellar line up, including 'Diary of a CEO's' Steven Bartlett with Google's Sophie Neary, Jasmine Dawson, Senior Vice President, Digital at BBC Studios, Cristina Diezhandino, CMO Diageo, Nish Kumar, Comedian, Shelley Bishton, Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at News UK and more. This year, we have been the WFA’s strategic partner:
We are proud to have been part of the teams delivering toolkits for the World Federation of Advertisers members on Content Production and Diverse Supply Chains, plus the Business Case for ISBA’s members. If you missed the WFA talk about Reflections on 2024: Inclusion, Innovation, and the Future of Marketing - catch the recap, here.  

And, we were on stage at Cannes Lion talking sub cultures, inclusive products and powering communities with Dr Martens and the Unstereotype Alliance.

Working with change-making clients to help bring about successes within their businesses and brands. We've built and refined one of the most advanced inclusive brand and marketing strategic consultancies, covering innovation, communications, supply chains and sustainability with some of the world's top brands and the results are in: DE&I at the heart of marketing transformation delivers a clear ROI.

This year, we have delivered a multitude of inclusion reviews of creative work, trained R&D teams on ‘applied bias’, built inclusive brand strategies, worked with innovation teams and embedded inclusion into marketing processes, measured supply chains and delivered tool-kits, know-how and capabilities.

What's new? Recently, we’ve built our sustainability capabilities and added one of the world’s biggest brands to our list. Inclusive sustainability works to draw genuine connections between environmental sustainability and social justice, and we're excited to be growing change in this area.
