the process
1. ASSESS & EVALUATE
We deep dive into your recruitment practices to understand your strengths and weaknesses. It includes an in depth survey, and we review your employer brand, online presence, JD's and your
PSL list. It's a thorough recruitment audit.
2. REWIRE
Knowing where you stand currently, we run a series of Inclusive Recruitment Workshops, digging into your process and co-creating solutions, rework the recruitment process and facilitate change for inclusive, best in class, hiring practices.
3. CHARTER + TRAIN
We turn the outputs from the previous step into a revised recruiting policy to support communication and education of hiring managers and teams. A physical Inclusive Recruitment Charter used to guide recruitment practices moving forward. We train all hiring managers and teams in how to recruit for inclusion, unpacking any bias in the process.
4. PARTNER
We guide and encourage your hiring team to source diverse talent from overlooked hiring pools and diverse communities, as well as taking a look at your preferred supplier list.
