McKinsey & Company is an American worldwide management consulting firm that advises on strategic management to corporations, governments, and other organisations. They published their first in depth, research based I&D report ( Why Diversity Matters) in 2015, prompting a growing awareness of the business case for inclusion and diversity. Widely cited, that report - and the two that followed - have influenced I&D policy-setting and transformation efforts by corporations, the public sector, and third-sector organisations worldwide.
