Inclusion in a time of pandemic

Three weeks ago, who would have thought any of us would have to write something like this? Overnight, we've had to learn a new lexicon ('self-isolation', 'social distancing', 'Covid-19, 'lockdown'). In a heartbeat, we've become virus data experts, abandoned our offices and embraced the globe's biggest remote working experiment. It's been a rough, heart-breaking ride.

In times of crisis, this is the time to harness the power of different thinkers in your teams to innovate, create and become future fit. While your team are remote working, the key is to stay focused, productive and learn. To help you, we've moved all our training workshops online and added more individual coaching sessions. Just scroll for more info.

We're open for business as unusual.

Plus, if you'd like 'coffee', we have an open house next Tuesday with 'Ask Us Anything'. Whatever's on your mind (like how to run inclusive remote meetings), let's see if we can find solutions. Tell us what you need as we can bring in HR experts, a lawyer or specialists from our wider community.

Support coaching for you or your team

In times of a pandemic (we still find this one hard to write), we all need impartial advice and someone to speak to help stay focused and move forwards, if you're facing redundancy or need to work through some of your challenges. Through coaching individuals can work out their authentic self, stop themselves playing small and understand how to be more courageous in their professional lives.

Everyone needs a coach.

That’s where Lydia Amoah comes in. Lydia is an award-winning business coach, TV presenter and inspirational speaker who has helped thousands of people to transform their lives and businesses. We are now offering remote coaching for individuals or groups to help you through the C-Crisis, which can be booked via our website or hello@creativeequals.org

How are you feeling? And how can we help?

Join Creative Equals in a free live webinar where you can Ask Us Anything about what’s keeping you awake at night as corona starts to impact our lives and businesses.

What's on your mind? We've been hearing the following: how do you manage your employee’s mental health? How do you support working parents? How do you ensure remote working works for everyone? How to you inspire teams to be productive?

As new processes are put into place, overlay these with an inclusive lens.

Tune in for free every Tuesday 2 - 2.45pm with your live questions. And, if you'd like to 'pick our brains' about anything I&D related, this is your chance.

We’re here for you.

Creative Comeback: we finished, just in time!

This photo was taken on Thursday 12th March (pre-social distancing feels like a lifetime ago). A few people remarked how this year felt different: it was authentic, raw and real. The agencies who were 'in' made the difference with dedicated mentors, HR teams, talent leads and leaders. Thank you for showing up for those who are making the journey back (and taking placements, when the time is right): Anomaly, Adam&EveDDB, Geometry, We Are Social, Wunderman Thompson UK, VMLY&R, MRM/McCann, Publicis Groupe, Engine, Momentum, Ogilvy, W+K and Blue Latitude. Diageo, D&AD, Facebook, Apple&Ink and Major Players - you made this possible.

That day, the feedback poured in from our returners. One said this:
'The supportive, loving energy you have created around a career subject that is so delicate to many of us is true genius. I feel grateful to have been part of the programme.'

We can't wait to run it all over again in Mumbai and NYC once lockdown is over.

Stay safe. Stay sunny.
Love, the CE team
