Inclusive cultures drive innovation, profitability, creativity and happiness.

This statement has never been more true than since the publication of The Black Pound report by our own Learning & Cross-Cultural Director, Lydia Amoah. The report highlights Black British buying power and the economic impact Black Britons have made. So it only makes sense for our advertising industry to reflect this multicultural buying power.

That’s why a recent article in Campaign magazine was a welcome read and even more so to see Lydia featured as paving the way in this change to Adland. The article highlights multicultural leaders, creatives and investigators, mentors, campaigners, influencers and networkers who are making bold moves. Campaign said of Lydia;

“Amoah has helped thousands of people across the industry find their "north star". The vibrant, glass-half-full business coach is relentless in championing diversity. She is a consultant for various companies, including Show Racism the Red Card, and launched the Black Pound Report, which explores the economic purchasing power of the UK BAME population. Later this month, she will be speaking on a panel at Campaign’s inaugural Female Frontiers awards, of which she was also a judge. “
